Check the following steps one by one, if User Manager WEB interface is not displayed.
- correct address of User Manager WEB interface is used, http://USER_MANAGER_Router_IP_Address/userman
- correct User Manager port number is used, User Manager port number is configured on 'ip service' for www service. If port configuration is changed to alternative port, e.g. port=1234 then use http://USER_MANAGER_Router_IP_Address:1234/userman
- Ensure that firewall on User Manager, on your workstation and on the way between User Manager and workstation does not block communication with User Manager.
- At least one customer required to access User Manager WEB interface
