The CSS (See: Cascading Style Sheets) changes time by time. But your web browser may have cached (See: Web cache) an old version of CSS. So the new HTML-content (See: HTML) may conflict with the old version of CSS.
This problem can be fixed by just forcing your web browser to reread all the cached files. To do that, use browser's reload function: whether click on the reload button on the toolbar or press Ctrl R on the keyboard.
