Normis - due to the deletion of the spammer's "contribution", this page has become broken. Can the content be restored and brought up to date? I did think about it, going through all the various different versions since 2005, but gave up as my head was spinning as to what exactly the page should say, especially with regard to v2.9 or v3. :-( (Nest)
