I work onn this solution using one master server with freeradius for all accounts on mikrotiks hotspots with php gui and slave radius servers, with only mysql and freeradius, master server fill slave srv db too. User Manager its not bad choice, but radius have secondary backup and centralized system . After system going to work, then i write howto with debian freeradius and mysql with description for radius db....
