How do you apply this example to transparent proxy server?

Hi ; what if i have more than two or three wan , how can i change the rules listed to do load balance between them ? and the important thing in the load balance is the web proxy configuration , how can i do cache in this case ? , will i have to do cache from only one wan ? will be waiting feedback .
