View source for User Manager/QA/Incorrect time shown for sessions and credits

Each User Manager user's [[User_Manager/Sessions | session]] is stored with the 'From Time' and 'Till Time' values in GMT format. 

To see correct time on the web, 'time-zone' attribute for [[User Manager/Customers | customer]] must have the same value as the one on the Router under /system clock. [[User Manager/Customers | Customer]]'s time-zone can be set on the web page, in [[User_Manager/Customer_page#Customers | customer edit section]].

Note: There was a bug present in earlier versions - time zone value was ignored. This bug is fixed in versions 2.9.40 and 3.0beta5.
